Cover Supervisors Required – Secondary School in Beaumont Leys

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.

• Ensure students remain on task and complete the work set.

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Provide a positive and professional presence in the classroom.

• Hourly bookings

• Half-day assignments

• Full-day assignments

Bookings may be:

• Pre-booked in advance

• Offered on the day for immediate cover requirements

Requirements

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Confidence working with secondary-aged students.

• A professional, adaptable, and reliable approach.

• Previous school experience is desirable but not essential.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
