Cover Supervisors Required – Secondary School in Beaumont Leys
Are you looking for flexible work within education? We are seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work in a secondary school in the Beaumont Leys area on an ad hoc basis.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with young people, graduates considering a career in teaching, or those looking for flexible school-based work.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.

Ensure students remain on task and complete the work set.

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Provide a positive and professional presence in the classroom.

Pre-booked in advance

Offered on the day for immediate cover requirements
Requirements
-
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Confidence working with secondary-aged students.

A professional, adaptable, and reliable approach.

Previous school experience is desirable but not essential.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
