What You Will Do as a Cover Supervisor
- Deliver pre‑prepared lessons to students in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage behaviour confidently and maintain a productive learning atmosphere
- Support pupils with their work and encourage participation
- Supervise a variety of subjects across KS3 and KS4
- Ensure continuity of learning in line with the school’s expectations
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement
You do not need teaching qualifications — full support and mentoring are provided.
