Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join secondary schools across Teesside. You’ll be working in welcoming, supportive environments where pupils are encouraged to succeed, develop confidence, and respect those around them.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver and oversee pre-set lessons in a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Keep classrooms focused, positive, and inclusive
- Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged throughout the lesson
- Uphold the school’s values around respect, wellbeing, and personal development
- Follow behaviour and safeguarding procedures
No planning, marking, or specialist subject knowledge is required — your main focus is maintaining a supportive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
