Cover Supervisor – Aldershot – January 2026 Start
Full-Time | Secondary | Suitable for Graduates & Unqualified Teachers
Are you a graduate or aspiring teacher looking to gain hands-on classroom experience? Teaching Personnel are working with a supportive secondary school in Aldershot who are seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to join their team from January 2026.
This position is ideal for graduates and unqualified teachers looking to develop their skills in a school environment and gain valuable experience working with secondary-aged students. You will supervise classes across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and productive.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
- Support learners of varying abilities and report on classroom progress
- Ensure lessons run smoothly during staff absences
- Follow school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and teaching
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduates or unqualified teachers eager to gain practical classroom experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Confidence working with secondary-aged students (11–16)
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
