Job Title: Core Subject 1:1 Tuition

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Description:

Job Duties:

• Provide 1:1 tuition in core subject areas to students
• Develop tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in teaching core subject areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching core subjects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of the national curriculum
• Ability to assess student learning needs and adapt teaching strategies
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Proficient in using technology to enhance learning

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Experience in providing 1:1 tuition
• Additional subject specialism or certification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
