Learning Support Assistant – Derbyshire
Daily Rate: £90 – £120
Start Date: September 2025

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? Teaching Personnel is working with schools across Derbyshire to recruit committed and caring Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils with additional needs in both mainstream and SEN settings.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your experience in education, whether you're an aspiring teacher, a psychology graduate, or simply someone who loves helping others succeed.

The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
Assist the class teacher in delivering differentiated learning
Help pupils develop their academic, emotional, and social skills
Work collaboratively with SENCOs and external professionals
Full-time and part-time positions available across KS3 and KS4
Earn £90 – £120 per day, paid weekly

We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience supporting children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
✅ A positive, calm, and resilient attitude
✅ Ability to follow instructions and use initiative
✅ A genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
