Job description

Primary Teacher – Cardiff

Full-Time | September Start Available 

Teaching Personnel are currently supporting a number of primary schools across Cardiff who are looking to recruit qualified teachers for both short-term and long-term opportunities.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an NQT looking to begin your career, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A flexible and proactive approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Current EWC Registration

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
