About the Role

As a Business Studies Teacher, you’ll engage students with real-world business concepts, from finance and marketing to economics and enterprise. You’ll create a stimulating learning environment where students can explore ideas, think critically, and develop the skills they need to succeed beyond the classroom.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering dynamic, engaging, and inclusive Business Studies lessons.

• Fostering students’ understanding of key business concepts, finance, and entrepreneurship.

• Monitoring, assessing, and providing feedback on student progress.

• Collaborating with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and goals.

• Contributing to school careers and enterprise programmes.

About You

We’re looking for a teacher who is:

• Qualified with QTS or QTLS (PGCE or equivalent essential).

• Passionate about Business Studies and committed to inspiring young people.

• Skilled in communication, organisation, and classroom management.

• Able to create engaging, inclusive lessons that motivate secondary school students.

• Open to both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
