Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a secondary school in Northampton to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher for a part-time position, starting as soon as possible.
The Role
As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire students and support strong academic progress. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about business education.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in line with the curriculum

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Manage classroom behaviour effectively

Work collaboratively with the department and wider school team

Support students with exam preparation and coursework
The Ideal Candidate
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
-
Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (KS3/KS4, KS5 desirable)
-
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
-
Passionate, motivated, and committed to student success

Ability to engage and inspire learners of all abilities
