Looking for flexible work around your day? Teaching Personnel is recruiting Breakfast Club and After School Club Leaders for primary schools across Sileby and Loughborough.
About the role
You lead and support pupils outside standard classroom hours. You create a safe, structured space before school starts and after the day ends. Each setting brings a different mix of pupils and activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise pupils during breakfast and after school sessions
- Plan simple activities, games, and quiet time
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion
- Prepare and tidy activity spaces
- Ensure pupils stay safe and engaged at all times
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people
- Calm, organised approach
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
