Job Title: Secondary School Science Teacher - QTS absolutely essential

Location: Mansfield

We are working with many vibrant secondary schools across Nottingham to help them recruit a qualified and enthusiastic Science Teacher to inspire curiosity and ignite a passion for science in their students. Teaching Personnel are working with a fantastic school in mansfield to hep them in the recruitment of a stand out Sciece teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspiring Education: Develop and deliver captivating science lessons that foster intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills among students.
  2. Hands-On Learning: Incorporate interactive and hands-on activities to make science come alive, creating an engaging and memorable learning experience.
  3. Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
  4. Innovation in Education: Stay abreast of emerging trends in science education, infusing creativity and innovation into the curriculum.
  5. Student Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  6. Collaborative Teaching: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, collaborate on cross-disciplinary projects, and contribute to a positive school culture.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  3. Specialization in Science or a related discipline.
  4. Proven experience as a Science Teacher with a track record of student success.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Passion for creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
