  • Supporting pupils during transitions and unstructured times

  • Working closely with teachers, SENCo, and pastoral staff

  • Helping maintain a safe, consistent, and inclusive learning environment

This role is ideal for someone confident in behaviour management, de-escalation strategies, and building positive relationships with young people.

Who This Role Is Ideal For

  • Aspiring teachers, behaviour mentors, or SEN professionals

  • Graduates in psychology, criminology, youth work, or education

  • Teaching Assistants with SEMH or behaviour support experience

  • Ability to follow behaviour support plans and use initiative

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

  • Ability to provide two recent references

School-based experience is beneficial but not essential — training and ongoing support provided.

Pay & Contract

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
