Behaviour Support TA – Bradford (BD5)

Daily Rate: £95–£105/day | Contract: Temp-to-perm | Start: October 2025

Do you have experience managing challenging behaviour? We are working with SEMH provisions across Bradford who are seeking a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to help pupils aged 11–16 stay engaged and thrive.

Key duties:

• Support behaviour management in line with school policy

• Build positive relationships with pupils at risk of exclusion

• Assist teachers with classroom organisation and learning activities

• Support pastoral and wellbeing initiatives

We’re looking for candidates with:

• Calm, resilient, and confident approach to challenging behaviour

• Experience in schools, youth work, or mentoring

• Ability to de-escalate situations quickly
