Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant.
Hours: Full time (8:30 – 15:30) Monday to Friday
Pay: Starting from £77 per day
Role: 1 term placement with the potential to continue long-term
Start Date: ASAP

our Role:
As a Teaching Assistant through Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with experienced teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Provide essential support to students with a variety of learning needs, ensuring they receive the guidance they require to excel.
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to student success.
- Contribute to the school's inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, fostering a space where students can thrive academically and socially.
Requirements:
- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
