Are you passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential? Do you have the resilience, empathy, and drive to support students with behavioural needs in a meaningful way?
We’re looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team and provide 1:1 and group support to pupils who need it most. You’ll work closely with teachers, parents, and pastoral staff to guide and encourage students, helping them manage their emotions, build confidence, and stay on track both academically and personally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
