Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a committed and compassionate Behaviour Tutor to work on a 1:1 basis with KS3 students across Nottinghamshire. This role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or alternative provision, and offers the potential to develop into a long-term, full-time position.
Main responsibilities include:

Delivering tailored sessions focused on academic engagement and emotional regulation.

Building strong, trusting relationships with young people to encourage positive behaviour and personal development.

Creating a safe, structured and supportive environment that allows students to thrive.

Working closely with schools, carers and other professionals to ensure a joined-up approach to learning and behaviour support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
