If you came into education to really 'make a difference', working with young people with often challenging and diverse issues is hugely rewarding.  Joining our team provides a fantastic opportunity to support the educational and social needs of our pupils.

We are currently looking for innovative staff, with a positive track record of managing behaviour, to join our dedicated team. We are working closely with an alternative provision near Basildon who are currently in need of support staff to join their team. The pupils are KS2 and the learning levels vary between low level, basic reading and writing to high achieving academic students

The school is a specialist setting catering for Children with a range of needs. We are looking for individuals who are able to support children with variety of statements including autism, ADHD and SEMH.

Our schools are looking for confident individuals who are passionate about making a difference to  the vulnerable young people in their setting.

We would like to hear form you if you have experience working with SEN and feel you could make a positive impact on these children's lives. The role is challenging but highly rewarding. A background working in an education setting supporting Children with challenging behaviour would be highly desirable however experience with behaviour in other settings will be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
