The Role
As our Behaviour Buddy, you will:

Work 1:1 and in small groups with children who need support with behaviour, self-regulation, and social skills.

Build positive, trusting relationships to help pupils engage successfully in learning.

Support class teachers and pastoral staff in delivering behaviour plans and targeted interventions.

Encourage independence, resilience, and confidence in the children you work with.

Model and promote positive behaviour throughout the school day.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
-
Has experience working with children, ideally in a school or SEND setting.
-
Is patient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.
-
Understands the importance of inclusive practice.
-
Communicates well with children, staff, and families.
-
Is proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
