Horncastle Teacher Required

Are you a NQT Teacher? Do you want to gain experience in a SEN setting?

Teaching Personnel work closely with a SEN School in Horncastle who need Teachers on a short term and long term basis. They are looking for NQT Teachers with a diverse and adaptable teaching method or established Teachers who would like to expand their knowledge in an SEN provision. The school provides education for children and young people with a range of learning difficulties from profound and complex, speech and language, communication, moderate, severe and many with social communication, Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working with pupils with additional needs and will have evidence of planning and delivering an engaging and well differentiated curriculum in a mainstream or SEN setting.

If you are an excellent classroom practitioner, love working alongside challenging students, building relationships and maintaining trust, this could be the job for you.

Applicants should posses the following:

• A formal teaching qualification with QTS

• Experience of working with students with additional needs (BESD/ASC)

• Experience of delivering a well differentiated curriculum
