Are you passionate about helping young people with Special Educational Needs reach their full potential? Do you live in or near Christchurch? Join TP Tutors and deliver personalised 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects such as Maths and English.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals with experience in education, mentoring, youth services, or SEN support who are committed to creating inclusive learning opportunities.

Role: SEN Tutor (SEND Support Opportunities Available)

Location: Christchurch and surrounding areas

Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Plan and deliver personalised lesson plans tailored to individual learners

• Support students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs

• Create a structured, supportive, and consistent learning environment

• Deliver tuition within homes or suitable community settings

• Encourage engagement, confidence, and sustained academic progress

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN/SEND

• Confidence teaching primary or secondary learners in Maths and/or English

• Based in Christchurch or nearby areas with the ability to travel locally

• Patient, adaptable, and reliable individuals

• Strong safeguarding awareness and commitment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
