  • Helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and safe classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working with children, ideally within an SEN or school setting

  • Confidence and experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis

  • A strong understanding of additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties (desirable but not essential)

  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

  • The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to the needs of the child and school

  • A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential

What the School Offers:

  • A warm, supportive, and inclusive school community in the heart of Bransgore

  • A collaborative and experienced staff team

  • Ongoing guidance and support from leadership and SEN specialists

  • Opportunities for professional development

  • A rewarding role where you can make a real impact every day
