Teaching Personnel are looking for a support assistant for our Secondary school in Oxford!

This is a very exciting opportunity in one of our secondary schools in Oxford who looking for staff with a Youth Worker background in working with children and young adults. We are looking for full-time staff who are able to adapt to challenging situations with various students with SEMH and behaviour support needs. 

This role will consist of working with a number of key pupils who require intervention and extra support in and out of the class room, there will be times they will need 1-1 support in class or in a separate room where intervention will need to be implemented. 

If you are looking for a role and have a background in:

  • Working with children and young adults
  • Supporting students within school
  • Any SEN experience 
  • Basic GCSE's C-A 
  • Passion to support children and help them achieve their potential
  • Any 1-1 / Tuition intervention/ behaviour buddy experience
