We’re looking for a reliable, committed Year 6 Class Teacher to join the small, welcoming village school just outside Salisbury city centre. This is a full-time position with a clear focus on supporting pupils through KS2 SATs, while still keeping learning purposeful, engaging, and child-centred.

The school sits at the heart of a close-knit community and prides itself on a strong teaching family, where staff support one another and children are genuinely known and valued.

The Role at a Glance

  • Full responsibility for a Year 6 class

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • A qualified teacher (M1–M6, paid to scale depending on experience)
  • Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
  • Confident in Upper KS2 / Year 6
  • Community-minded and a genuine team player
  • In possession of a DBS on the Update Service
  • Able to provide solid, dependable references

Recruitment Process

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
