Year 5 Teacher – Primary School in Hindley (WN2)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (with the potential to become permanent)
Salary: Pay to Scale, based on experience and qualifications

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.
- A teacher with strong behaviour management skills and high expectations for all learners.
- Someone who brings positivity, organisation, and a passion for helping children achieve their best.
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence.
- Using assessment effectively to track progress and provide meaningful feedback.
- Creating a classroom where every child feels motivated, valued, and supported.
- Working closely with the wider team to offer a varied curriculum.
- Building strong relationships with families to support pupils both academically and emotionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
