Start Date: January until end of academic year
Working Pattern: 0.4 FTE (Thursday & Friday)
Pay Rate: £150 – £223 per day (dependent on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Larkhill from January. This is a part-time (0.4) role, working Thursdays and Fridays, with full teaching responsibilities.
The Role
- Class Teacher for a Year 4 class
- Full responsibility for planning, teaching, assessment and reporting
- Working collaboratively with year group partners and school staff
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience desirable)
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and effective teaching practice
- Is committed, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
Recruitment & Vetting Process
- Initial vetting and compliance checks will be completed through Teaching Personnel
- Successful candidates will then be invited for an initial observation and interview with the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
