Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Year 3 Teacher for one of our schools in Lydd, Kent.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supporting pupils’ learning and development
- Monitoring and recording students' progress and contributing to progress reviews.
- Delivering pre-set lessons or providing classroom support across different subjects and year groups
- Managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience working in a primary school setting
- A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
- A proactive, reliable and adaptable attitude
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
