Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time Year 3 Teacher to join one of our warm and welcoming partner schools in Exeter, Devon.


About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to work 2 days per week, delivering engaging and creative lessons while supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2 and build strong learning foundations.

Start Date: 5th January
Location: Exeter, Devon
Contract: Part Time – 2 days a week
Pay: M1–M6 DOE (paid weekly)

What You’ll Do

• Teach well-planned, engaging Year 3 lessons
• Support pupils with the transition from KS1 to KS2
• Assess learning and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote child welfare


What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)
• Good understanding of the Year 3 / lower KS2 curriculum
• Confident and calm classroom management
• A positive, nurturing, and motivating approach to teaching
