Year 3 Primary Teacher – Newcastle-under-Lyme / Keele

Job Title: Year 3 Primary Teacher
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme / Keele
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (potential to become permanent)
Salary: MPS / UPS (dependent on experience)

 

A welcoming primary school in the Newcastle-under-Lyme / Keele area is seeking a confident and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a primary teacher who enjoys lower KS2 and is able to deliver engaging lessons while supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2.

 

The Role

  • Full responsibility for a Year 3 class

  • Planning and delivering engaging, structured lessons

  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress

  • Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom routines

  • Working closely with support staff and the wider school team

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 3 preferred)

  • Strong classroom management and organisation

  • Confident with planning, assessment and differentiation

  • ECTs and experienced teachers welcome
