We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join our vibrant school community in NG2, Nottingham. This full-time position is set to start in September, offering a rewarding teaching experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of Year 2 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience of all students.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching at the primary level, preferably in Year 2.
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
