Year 1 Teacher – Sheffield (S1 & Surrounding Areas)
Via Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of primary schools across Sheffield (S1 and surrounding areas) who are seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teacher, with the possibility of working with SEN pupils.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and nurturing teacher who is looking for an immediate start or a flexible start date, depending on availability.
The Role:
- Teaching a Year 1 class, following the KS1 curriculum
- Opportunities to support pupils with SEN, depending on school needs
- Full-time and flexible placements available
- Long-term and potential permanent opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Has experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 experience preferred)
- Is confident supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
- Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact
