Year 1 Teacher – Sheffield (S1 & Surrounding Areas)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of primary schools across Sheffield (S1 and surrounding areas) who are seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teacher, with the possibility of working with SEN pupils.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and nurturing teacher who is looking for an immediate start or a flexible start date, depending on availability.

The Role:

• Teaching a Year 1 class, following the KS1 curriculum
• Opportunities to support pupils with SEN, depending on school needs
• Full-time and flexible placements available
• Long-term and potential permanent opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Has experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 experience preferred)
• Is confident supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
• Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one
• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact
