Y4 Teacher Maternity Cover

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Canton area from January to April to cover a planned staff absence.

The role:

• Full-time Year 4 class teacher
• January to April 2027
• Working hours: 08:30 - 15:30
• PPA time provided
• Delivering engaging and well-planned lessons across the curriculum
• Maintaining the positive routines and relationships already established within the class

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Is organised, proactive and confident managing a classroom independently
• Brings energy, positivity and a genuine passion for teaching
• Can hit the ground running and become part of the school community from day one
