Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their educational journey? We’re looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to work with highly respected Secondary Schools across Neath/Port Talbot and Swansea.
Roles Available:
- Part-time & Full-time positions
Pay: £92.63 per day

What does a Teaching Assistant do?
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the classroom by:
- Supporting the class teacher with daily activities
- Helping children with their learning and development
- Encouraging positive behaviour and social skills
- Assisting with play-based learning in a fun, nurturing environment
- Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
What skills are we looking for?
You don’t need to have worked in a school before! Many skills are transferable, such as:
- ️ Strong communication skills (especially in Welsh!)
- Patience, empathy, and a caring nature
- Ability to support and engage young children
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Experience in childcare, customer service, coaching, or care work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
