Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistants!

We are currently recruiting for Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistants to work full time in schools across the CF5 area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and caring individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development while promoting the Welsh language in education.

Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Assist the class teacher with daily activities and lesson preparation

• Encourage pupil engagement and confidence

• Provide additional support for children with ALN/SEN where required

• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Fluent Welsh speaker

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred

• Positive, proactive and reliable attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
