Specialist SEN Tutors wanted – TP Tutors

Some students struggle to thrive in school — not because they can’t, but because they haven’t had the right support.

TP Tutors is looking for Maths, English, and Science teachers to deliver 1:1 SEN support outside mainstream education. You’ll work with students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and other additional needs, helping them rebuild confidence, understanding, and belief in themselves.

This is flexible, meaningful work where every session counts.

What’s on offer

  • £25–£50 per hour (PAYE)
  • Weekly pay
  • Flexible hours and local placements
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

What you’ll bring

  • Experience teaching or tutoring in Maths, English, or Science
  • A patient, adaptable approach
  • Confidence supporting SEN learners (desirable, not essential)
  • QTS or relevant experience DBS clearance or willingness to obtain

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
