1:1 Tutor (Maths & English) – Nuneaton (CV10 8JR)
Location: Nuneaton and surrounding areas (CV10 8JR)
Job Type: Part-time / Ongoing
Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 12:30 – 2:30 PM
Setting: Pupil’s Home or School Setting

We are currently seeking a committed and experienced 1:1 Tutor to support a student in Maths and English within the Nuneaton area. This role involves delivering targeted, personalised tuition during school hours either in a pupil’s home or school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition in Maths and English.
  • Plan and adapt sessions to meet the individual learning needs of the pupil.
  • Support progress in core curriculum areas and build confidence in learning.
  • Use engaging teaching methods to encourage participation and understanding.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback where required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sessions independently.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • Right to work in the UK.
