We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutor to support pupils in the Northampton NN7 area. This rewarding role involves delivering tailored educational support either in the pupil's home or within a school setting during school hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging 1:1 tuition sessions tailored to individual learning needs.
• Support pupils in achieving their academic and personal development goals.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
• Build positive and professional relationships with pupils, families, and school staff.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback where required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or classroom support experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Relevant teaching qualification, tutoring experience, or educational background preferred.
