Job Title: 1:1 Tutor – Droitwich Spa Area

About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and motivated 1:1 Tutors to support learners in the Droitwich Spa area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them improve academically, build confidence, and stay engaged with their education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to individual learning needs

• Support core subjects such as English and Maths (additional subjects are a plus)

• Plan and adapt lessons to suit different abilities and learning styles

• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback

• Create a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ teaching or tutoring experience within the UK curriculum

• Strong subject knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, reliable, and passionate about education

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

• Experience working with SEN or vulnerable learners

• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
