We’re currently recruiting SEN Tutors in Burgess Hill to provide targeted, one-to-one tuition for learners who benefit from a more personalised and flexible approach.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Burgess Hill and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible to suit you

The Role in Focus

You’ll work closely with students who may feel disconnected from mainstream education, helping them rebuild both skills and confidence.

  • Deliver structured yet adaptable one-to-one sessions
  • Support a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Create a positive, encouraging learning environment
  • Help students develop independence and self-belief
  • Work in home or community-based settings

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience with children or young people in education, care, or support roles
  • Confident in teaching core subjects at primary or secondary level
  • Able to travel within Burgess Hill and surrounding areas
  • Patient, proactive, and emotionally aware
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
