We’re currently seeking passionate and experienced educators to support students as KS3 Intervention Tutors. Whether you're a Fully Qualified Teacher, HLTA, or a specialist in SEN or SEMH, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview: As a tutor, you'll provide tailored support in English and Maths to help learners achieve their full potential. Sessions will be delivered one-on-one or in small groups across various settings – including learners' homes, care environments, or local libraries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging tuition sessions aligned with the UK curriculum.
- Adapt resources to meet each learner’s unique needs, interests, and abilities.
- Assess progress using Ed Place tools to identify knowledge gaps.
- Maintain accurate session logs and progress reports via our LEAP platform.
- Communicate any safeguarding concerns to your dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching the UK curriculum.
- Strong planning skills and the ability to develop your own teaching materials.
- Proven experience supporting young people with SEN or SEMH.
- A nurturing and adaptable approach, with the ability to build trust and connection.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
