Trainee Teaching Assistants – Blackpool & The Fylde Coast
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible (Full-time and Part-time available)

If you have experience in childcare, youth work, support work, care settings, mentoring, coaching, or similar people-focused roles, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for those looking to step into education. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who need additional guidance
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Assist teachers with daily classroom activities
- Gain hands-on experience while learning on the job
Training & Development
Teaching Personnel offer access to a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, helping you take the first step towards a long-term career in education.
You will also have opportunities for:
- Additional CPD courses
- Behaviour management training
- SEN introduction modules
- Ongoing support from experienced education consultants
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude
- Experience working with children or vulnerable groups (e.g. care worker, support worker, nursery assistant, youth worker, sports coach)
- A desire to learn and develop in a school environment
- Availability to start ASAP
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
