Trainee Teaching Assistants – Blackpool & The Fylde Coast

If you have experience in childcare, youth work, support work, care settings, mentoring, coaching, or similar people-focused roles, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

This is the perfect opportunity for those looking to step into education. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who need additional guidance
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities
• Gain hands-on experience while learning on the job

Training & Development

Teaching Personnel offer access to a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, helping you take the first step towards a long-term career in education.
You will also have opportunities for:

• Additional CPD courses
• Behaviour management training
• SEN introduction modules
• Ongoing support from experienced education consultants

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude
• Experience working with children or vulnerable groups (e.g. care worker, support worker, nursery assistant, youth worker, sports coach)
• A desire to learn and develop in a school environment
• Availability to start ASAP
• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
