As a successful applicant, you will work as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Dorchester. In this role, you will supervise classes during short-term teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work. While this position does not involve lesson planning, marking, or teaching, it offers invaluable insight into classroom practice and school life—perfect for aspiring teachers.

  • Explore the curriculum within your subject area
  • Assist students with coursework and exam preparation
