Future Teachers Programme – Graduate Opportunity in Education

Are you a recent graduate considering a career in teaching? Teaching Personnel is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain valuable classroom experience through our Future Teachers Programme in Bournemouth.

This programme is ideal for graduates who are looking to build confidence and practical experience before beginning a PGCE or formal teacher training course.

About the Role

Successful candidates will work within a secondary school as a Cover Supervisor, supporting students during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Lessons and work will already be prepared, meaning your role will focus on supervising the classroom, ensuring students remain engaged, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

This position provides an excellent insight into day-to-day school life and allows you to develop key teaching and behaviour management skills without the pressure of planning or marking lessons.
