Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant – Wellingborough & Northants

No Experience? No Problem. Your Personality is Your Best Qualification!

Are you tired of the "9-to-5" grind? Do you have a natural gift for connecting with people and a heart for helping others? If you want a career where you leave work feeling proud of what you achieved, we want to meet you.

We are looking for fresh, enthusiastic talent to join our partner schools across Wellingborough. As a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant, you aren’t just "staff"—you are a mentor, a role model, and a hero to students who just need an extra bit of support to shine.

Why You’re Already Qualified

You don’t need a degree in education to start. We are looking for "People People." If you have experience in any of these areas, you already have the "magic ingredients" we need:

  • Care & Support Work: You know how to put others first.

  • Retail or Hospitality: You’re great with people and stay calm under pressure.

  • Coaching, Youth Work, or Parenting: You know how to lead and inspire.

  • Military or Emergency Services: You’re reliable and adaptable.

The Perks: Why This is the Best Move You’ll Make

  • Great Pay: Earn £90 – £110 per day while you learn on the job.

  • The Dream Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM). No weekends, no late nights, and all bank holidays off!

  • Fast-Track Growth: Start as a trainee and move into a permanent school contract quickly.

  • Real Purpose: Every day, you’ll go home knowing you’ve changed a child’s life.

  • Work Locally: Forget the long commute—we have roles right here in Wellingborough.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive.

  • High energy and a "can-do" attitude in the classroom.

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or the willingness to let us help you get one).

  • Note: Applicants must be UK residents. Recent arrivals will require a police check from their previous country of residence.
