Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in providing classroom support for students with diverse needs.
• Help with the development and implementation of learning resources.
• Support students with tasks in and out of the classroom, ensuring their learning needs are met.
• Assist with behaviour management and provide pastoral care.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
