We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals fluent in both Welsh and English to join our school community in Caerphilly as Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs). This full-time position runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with a start date of October 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse student needs.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Organise and assess students’ work while monitoring their social interactions.
• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.

Welsh Medium Candidates: Proficiency in Welsh is essential for promoting its daily use among students.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience in an educational setting, ideally gained during university.
• A talent for connecting with students and addressing diverse learning needs.
• Skills in supporting student progress through various strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and resilience.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
