Teaching Personnel are seeking kind and supportive Teaching Assistants to work in a Secondary school in the S35 area. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with previous experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs.

 

-          SEN Teaching Assistant.

 

-          Start Date - September 2023.

 

-          Ofsted "Good" school in Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield.

 

-          Guaranteed position with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate.

 

-          Possible SEN involved could be ADHD, Autism, or additional learning needs such as Dyslexia and Dyscalculia.

 

-          Any experience with children who have SEN in an educational setting is desirable.

 

-          Working within lessons on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with identified pupils.

 

-          Earn up to £1500 per month.

 

Further responsibilities incorporate supporting the class teacher and delivering pre-planned intervention sessions to suit specific SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
