Keeping pupils engaged, focused, and ready to learn
-
Assisting with literacy and numeracy development
-
Using clear strategies and positive reinforcement to manage behaviour

-
Confident, proactive, and resilient
-
Calm under pressure with strong behaviour management skills
-
Positive, consistent, and reliable
-
Flexible and a strong team player
Experience in education, care, or youth work is helpful—but not essential. The right attitude makes all the difference.

Ongoing CPD training and development opportunities
-
Guaranteed Work Scheme (for selected applicants—get paid even if no work is available that day)
-
Competitive weekly pay, with additional pay for long commutes or extended hours
-
Easy-to-use online systems
-
Continued support from a dedicated consultant
