This is a hands-on role where confidence, consistency, and a positive mindset are essential. Experience in education, care, or youth work is beneficial—but attitude and resilience matter most.

Travel Requirement: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between schools may be required at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning and behavioural needs in the classroom
• Deliver structured strategies to improve engagement and progress
• Assist with literacy and numeracy
• Manage behaviour calmly using clear expectations and positive reinforcement
• Help maintain a safe, structured learning environment
