What the role involves

As a Teaching Assistant you’ll:

• Assist class teachers with daily classroom routines and activities

• Support pupils individually or in small groups with learning tasks

• Help create a positive and respectful learning environment

• Work collaboratively with school staff to meet the needs of all pupils, whatever their ability
