Teaching Assistants & Cover Supervisors – Launch Your Education Career with Impact

Locations: Cardiff & Caerphilly
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time (until the end of the academic year and beyond)
Pay:

  • Teaching Assistants: £93/day

  • Cover Supervisors: £110–£125/day (experience dependent)
    Start: ASAP

Roles Available

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils with classwork and activities
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
  • Supporting SEN, behaviour or additional learning needs
  • Helping create a positive, engaging learning environment

Cover Supervisor Responsibilities

(Training provided if progressing from TA role)

  • Leading full classes during teacher absence
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons confidently
  • Managing behaviour using school systems
  • Keeping pupils focused, engaged and on-task
  • Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
